Before the grill, there were turntables. DJ Hip Hop Chef reads a room the way he reads a recipe — timing, heat, and knowing exactly when to drop the next one.
Hip-hop first, old school into current, with R&B and party classics worked in. Requests are taken on the spot. That's where the name comes from.

Craig runs the decks and the grill. That's not a gimmick — it's the reason the timing works. He knows when the food should land because he's the one reading the room, and he knows when to change the energy because he's the one who just fed everybody.
